Terms of Service

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to Fresque, including boards, cards, files, notes, and classroom materials. You grant Fresque the rights needed to host, store, process, display, transmit, and back up that content so we can provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you add to Fresque and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions required to use it, especially when using Fresque in a classroom or institutional setting.

Data Processing and Infrastructure

Fresque uses third-party service providers to operate the product. Vercel hosts and delivers the application. Supabase provides database, authentication, storage, and related backend services. Fresque stores application data in Supabase in Germany.

By using Fresque, you understand that these providers may process technical, account, usage, and content data as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Payments and Billing

Fresque uses Stripe for payment processing, subscriptions, invoices, and billing administration. If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize Stripe and Fresque to process the information needed to complete the transaction, manage your subscription, prevent fraud, and meet legal or tax obligations.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Fresque.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Fresque to upload unlawful content, violate privacy rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse collaboration and sharing features. We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
