Data We Process

Data may include account information, email addresses, profile details, classroom or board content, uploaded files, collaboration activity, product usage signals, support messages, and billing-related information.

Teachers and users are responsible for making sure that any content they add to Fresque complies with applicable school, institutional, and privacy requirements.

Storage and Hosting

Fresque uses Supabase to store application data. Fresque's Supabase project stores data in Germany. Supabase may process data as a service provider to operate the database, authentication, storage, and related infrastructure.

Fresque uses Vercel to host and deliver the application. Vercel may process technical data such as IP addresses, request metadata, logs, and deployment/runtime information needed to serve and secure the application.

Payments

Fresque uses Stripe to process payments, subscriptions, invoices, and billing administration. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Fresque. Fresque may store billing status, plan, invoice references, customer identifiers, and related records needed to manage subscriptions.

Service Providers

Fresque relies on selected service providers, including Vercel, Supabase, and Stripe, to operate the service. These providers process data on Fresque's behalf or as independent controllers where required for payment and compliance purposes.

Retention and Rights

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide Fresque, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, secure the service, and enforce agreements. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
