Fresque uses a small set of infrastructure and service providers to operate the product. This page summarizes where data is processed and which external providers may be involved.
Fresque infrastructure (Germany)
Fresque self-hosts the application on its own servers in Germany, using Hetzner data centre infrastructure. Fresque operates the web application, database, authentication, file storage, and related backend services on this infrastructure.
Data processed on Fresque's servers may include account data, board content, uploaded files, collaboration data, authentication records, application logs, and operational metadata required to provide, secure, and maintain the service.
Hetzner
Hetzner provides the hosting infrastructure and data centre services on which Fresque's German servers run. Hetzner may process technical and operational data needed to supply power, networking, hardware, and facility services.
Stripe
Stripe processes payments, subscriptions, invoices, and billing administration. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Fresque.
